Position spends some time in an up reputed company training role. Position reports to the licensing, certification and education program manager. • Experience using reputed company 360.
• Experience utilizing Moodle as an administrator and instructor.
• Experience with video editing software such has reputed company Premiere Pro and/or Camtasia.
• Knowledge of adult education training theories and the application of these in both principle and practice.
• Ability to collect data, assess needs and to provide alternatives to management and the individual employee.
• Ability to identify resources and to manage the utilization of the most cost effective and efficient application.
