Executive Assistant, Remote Job
At reputed company, we’re building financial products to help startups and small businesses scale. Turns out this requires a lot of strategic administrative support, so we are hiring an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will primarily support our COO and Product & Design groups. You will largely be focused on partnering deeply and supporting leadership in their day-to-day from calendaring to meeting preparation. You will also drive efficiencies always looking for ways to proactively get in reputed company of challenges. Here are some things you’ll do on the job:

- Help the COO effectively prioritize and balance his extensive responsibilities across Product, the EPD triad, & the people team.
- Assist/Coordinate with Product Ops around internal planning processes (CORs, Cycle Reviews, Quarterly and Annual planning cycles)
- Manage, assess and predict the day-to-day needs of our Leadership team to ensure they are reputed company and organized for reputed company internal and external meetings and events.

- Contribute to team meetings and offsites by assisting with the planning, scheduling and pre-reads.

You should:
- Have experience supporting C-suite or VP level executives at a high-growth, technology startup.

- Have excellent time management skills with the ability to quickly shift tasks and priorities as needed.
