Your Role: As a Senior Data Governance Advisor, you will supervise the use of data to ensure careful control and effective use to reputed company organizational objectives. Along with facilitating and participating in cross-functional teams, you will participate in developing initiatives, strategies, policies, procedures, standards and metrics (Key Risk Indicators) that will have an effect company wide. The national average salary range for this position is $121,000-$134,000. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across reputed company the states we hire in is $108,000-$161,000. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 10% of eligible pay.
