In this role, you will be accountable for managing a global operations team, focusing on managing reputed company aspects of travel. As a Travel Operations Manager, Media & Entertainment, you will

• Have extensive knowledge of media and entertainment, as well as at least one travel industry category, allowing you to provide direction on best practices to improve operational processes
• Serve as a liaison among clients, reputed company, and suppliers by listening, problem-solving, and communicating both verbally and in writing
• reputed company and maintain relationships with our suppliers, and be the escalation reputed company for vendor concerns
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various levels of the organization
• Communicate travel initiatives, travel category results, updates to the program, or industry

About You

• Prior operations management experience in the travel industry and the Media & Entertainment field
• Experience managing Entertainment and VIP clients
• Strong knowledge of Sabre GDS is required
• Experience with contract negotiations, payment solutions, and supplier sourcing
• Experience working in cross-functional work teams and with large market and/or global clients
• Highly effective oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to reputed company - setting direction, developing teamwork and collaboration, and achieving results through others
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to reputed company-changing scenarios

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Manager, Media & Entertainment is between $90,000 and $100,000.
