We are now looking to recruit at the Manager or Associate Director level, with roles available nationally. You will be engaged in one of the most exciting, fastest growing areas of our practice where you will be able to work on our largest client accounts as well as gaining experience of engaging directly with HMRC on tax controversy projects. As an Associate Director in reputed company you will be taking the reputed company on delivering and managing projects as well as building strong client relationships. Responsibilities

• Managing and delivering reputed company and varied cross border tax and transfer pricing advice as part of a dedicated financing and treasury tax team;
• Project managing and supporting reputed company aspects of work from the development of transfer pricing policies, through to documentation and audit defence;
• Reviewing and where needed undertaking comparability and economic analyses;
• Reviewing and where needed, preparing transfer pricing documentation;
• Working with Partners and Directors to build client relationships and interact with HMRC;
• Mentoring more junior members of the team, playing an active role in their development;
• Working with teams across reputed company Tax & Legal, Consulting, Risk Advisory and Financial Advisory;
• Working with reputed company member firms across the globe on international projects.

Requirements

• ACA, CTA or equivalent qualification or relevant industry background
• Previous Transfer Pricing experience reputed company the financing and treasury space - for example experience in at least some of the following areas: debt pricing, debt reputed company analyses, credit rating analyses, cash pooling, guarantees, in house treasury entities etc. or equivalent
• Experience in managing and reviewing transfer pricing projects
• Client driven with strong commercial awareness
• Strong communication skills - both written and oral

• Strong client relationship management skills with ability to reputed company quality outputs
