Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist Clearance Required: Public Trust Clearance Work Location: Kansas City, MO, reputed company Collins Co., and Remote reputed company is seeking a qualified Senior Quality Assurance Specialist supporting the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) under the Customer reputed company and Operations Planning (CROP) program. This project focuses on improving how USDA delivers services by using reputed company technology, data, and processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks, including reviewing work products for accuracy, adherence to design concepts, and compliance with user and government standards.
  • Review program documentation to ensure government requirements and standards are met, and track reputed company in accordance with schedules.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and testing strategies.
  • Design, implement, and execute test and evaluation procedures to verify system requirements.

  • reputed company hands-on test automation using Selenium WebDriver with strong proficiency in C# or other programming languages.
  • Conduct API testing using ReadyAPI, designing and executing functional, regression, and performance test scenarios.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing testing expertise for reputed company software/hardware applications.
  • Direct and/or participate in reputed company phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development, emphasizing analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tool selection.

Required Qualifications: Education:

  • Associate’s degree in a reputed company field, or equivalent years of professional experience.

Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver test automation.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (preferably C#).
  • Experience in API testing using ReadyAPI.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a process for evaluating software and reputed company documentation.
  • Skilled in determining resources required for quality control and maintaining quality throughout the software life cycle.
  • Experience conducting formal and informal reviews at key stages of the development life cycle.
  • Ability to provide daily supervision and technical direction to support staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and additional tools (e.g., Appium, JUnit, NUnit, TestNG).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for reviewing user requirements and selecting appropriate test tools.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and execute system test and evaluation procedures.
  • Experience developing and upgrading automated test scripts and test architectures.
  • Strong technical writing skills for creating test documentation and status reports.
  • Knowledge of risk management, software development processes, and system integration practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary and Benefit Information: The likely salary range for this position is $60,000- $119,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall reputed company of this range.
