About This Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Senior Marketing Technology Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing, optimizing, and supporting our marketing technology platforms, ensuring our marketing teams have the tools and knowledge to succeed. You will be instrumental in troubleshooting issues, providing training, sharing best practices, and continuously exploring new advancements in the martech landscape, with a strong emphasis on embracing AI and innovative solutions. What You'll Do:

• Manage and maintain our core marketing technology platforms, including reputed company, Vidyard, Bright Talk, Integrate, reputed company Webinars, reputed company, and other essential tools.
• Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot issues reputed company to our martech stack, ensuring seamless operation for marketing teams.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective integration of marketing technologies.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of martech processes, policies, and governance.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in managing and administering various marketing technology platforms (e.g., webinar platforms, event management tools, integration platforms, CRM, marketing automation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to troubleshoot reputed company technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering effective training and support.
• A strong passion for technology and a proactive approach to learning about emerging martech trends, especially AI.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
