This is the level for highly reputed company consultants capable of working with senior leaders in client organizations across a broad range of offerings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of work experience in Strategy/Organization Transformation practice of a management consultancy with strong Organization Development (OD)/Design experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting global M&A transactions across the deal cycle
• Strong client management and selling capabilities; track record of growing relationships with reputed company clients and contributing to acquisition of new clients
• Executive reputed company with the ability to reputed company discussions with senior, influence and engage clients
• Financial literacy, business acumen, and a profit conscious reputed company with the ability to analyze market data, interpret P&L information, and translate that information into meaningful action plans.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work independently. Ability to proactively reputed company goals and strategies under shifting conditions and with different tasks, job responsibilities, and people
