The ideal candidate will reputed company their expertise to analyze claims data, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support strategic decision-making processes reputed company to employee benefits. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and state-specific mandates.
  • Gather employee data, coordinate renewals, and reconcile billing statements for accuracy.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding plan benefits, eligibility, and claims issues.
  • Assist with employee education initiatives to enhance understanding of self-funded plans.
  • Assume ownership and leadership of key projects reputed company the benefits analyst team.

Qualifications

  • High level of technical insurance knowledge
  • 5 + years' experience working and applicable knowledge of self-insured and fully insured
  • Strong knowledge of self-funded benefit plans, stop-loss insurance, and reputed company compliance requirements.
  • Experience at a BROKERAGE, gathering information, marketing to carriers and extensive reputed company use.
  • Active California Life & Health Insurance License; not required but preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs
