  • Bring expertise in Tier 0, 1, 2 and 3 support models, and laying the groundwork to implement them by continuing to build onstandard work structure and ensuring consistent service delivery.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study required.

  • Five (5) years of Human Resources Management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates attainment of the required competencies required.
  • Strong expertise in HR Operations, HR technology, leave administration, compliance, and service delivery models required.
  • Experience managing leaves administration programs (FMLA, reputed company, state laws) and state laws required.

We are excited to share the reputed company salary range for this position is $153,358 - $199,388, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance.
