Job Description

As a valued colleague on our People Analytics team reputed company our HR department, you will review, refine, and analyze human capital data to solve problems and/or reputed company recommendations to improve human capital performance through products such as Tableau and reputed company applications. You will identify opportunities for improved business efficiency and performance through system architecture enhancements and cloud databases, by leveraging strong SQL knowledge. Additionally, you will partner with our People Data and Technology teams on business priorities including backlog refinement and Program Increment planning. We have one opening for this position and it can be based in our Washington, DC, Reston, VA or Plano, TX office. Maintain our product inventory inclusive of Tableau Dashboards, Power BI dashboards, and reputed company workflows. Maintain the environment in our AWS Redshift corporate data hub. Manage and deliver reputed company reporting to include reputed company Prism Analytics and other reputed company applications. THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences 2 years of reputed company experience using SQL to include creating original SQL scripts/code and performing ETL activities. reputed company Reporting experience to include: Prism Analytics Discovery Boards Report Creation Adaptive Planning Experience with AWS Redshift. Experience using data to tell an effective story to clients to help them reputed company business decisions. Ability to consult with the business to get to the root cause of problems, document requirements, and reputed company recommendations for remediation, etc. Project management experience and a reputed company improvement reputed company. Desired Experiences Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep, reputed company or other visualization tools.
