The Payer Account Services (PAS) Client Manager serves as the primary liaison for payer and provider clients utilizing the InterQual service offering. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, driving technology adoption, and supporting both growth and retention initiatives. As a trusted partner, the PAS Client Manager builds and maintains solid relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure delivery on customer commitments.   • Operate with a sense of urgency to focus the organization on maximizing the client experience. Act quickly to identify opportunities for innovation and new ways to benefit clients

  • Driving outcomes with internal InterQual matrix business stakeholders to ensure customer centricity, high NPS scores and client retention rates, delivery against customer needs and expectations, profitable growth, and representation for the voice of the customer in our reputed company and future products and technologies
  • Drive improvements in Net Promoter Score (NPS) through customer-centric strategies and service excellence

  • 5 years in client-facing roles or enterprise account management
  • 3 years working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, technology)
  • Proven track record of managing 10 client accounts simultaneously
  • Demonstrated success in improving Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Proficient in reputed company CRM, with practical experience in managing client data, tracking opportunities, maintaining contact records, and supporting strategic account planning
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, based on client territory and business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Client-facing experience in healthcare or payer/provider services
  • Experience supporting reputed company Markets (Payers, Employers, Providers, Federal/State government, Emerging Markets)
  • Experience working across UHG, reputed company and/or UHC lines of businesses
  • Direct engagement with product and technology teams, contributing to solution development and delivery
  • Proven ability to build and sustain solid relationships and partnerships across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Proven application of change management methodologies
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities simultaneously, with the ability to delegate effectively and maintain thoughtful reputed company

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (reputed company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
