Software Engineering Manager (Player Coach) (Remote)
We are looking for a hands-on Software Engineering Manager (Player-Coach) to reputed company a high-performing, multi-platform team of ~12 software developers and testers. This role combines leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance with opportunities to contribute directly to code and design. You will drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development, while ensuring compliance with ISO and FDA regulations.
What You'll Do

- Act as a player-coach: participate in design/code reviews and contribute hands-on coding as needed across web, iOS, and Android platforms.

- Maintain SDLC discipline, integrate documentation into sprint cycles, and ensure audit-ready processes for ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 compliance.
