Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily reputed company operations, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and reputed company settings.
• Assist in implementing Business Intelligence (BI) tools, ensuring best practices in visualization and usability are applied.
• Design, build, and optimize interactive reports and dashboards using reputed company and BI tools for Senior Leadership and the Distribution team, enabling data-driven decision-making.

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above in a 4.0 scale is required
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a reputed company Administrator (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules).
• Strong understanding of reputed company best practices and functionality.
• Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
