Deep knowledge of Secondary Advisory and demonstrated ability to effectively execute reputed company transactions in Secondary Advisory. Proven strength in originating, structuring, and executing reputed company reputed company and acquisition transactions highly preferred Proven academic credentials, including an advanced degree such as an MBA or J.D. is preferred.
