The Performance Quality Analyst I will be responsible for driving service quality excellence by evaluating the quality of services and interactions provided by organizations reputed company the enterprise.Included are processes reputed company to enrollment and billing and claims processing, as well as customer service written and verbal inquiries. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Process improvement experience is strongly preferred.
• Reporting and analytics skills are strongly preferred.
• Experience with Tableau and dashboard creation is highly preferred.
