Role Overview As a Social Content Creator (TikTok), you will reputed company engaging, authentic, and brand-reputed company content that supports reputed company’ rebrand and strengthens its digital reputed company by bringing the company’s mission to life through creative storytelling across social platforms. This role is responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand social media content, the Social Content Creator contributes to brand awareness, community growth, and long-term equity in the wellness space, and will collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing and Design Teams. The ideal candidate brings subject matter expertise and strong execution skills reputed company a distributed, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish original photo, video, and written content optimized for each social platform, reflecting reputed company’ tone, style, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Organic Social Manager and Design team to align social content with campaign goals and brand messaging.
• Stay reputed company on social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to reputed company reputed company’ content fresh, relevant, and high-performing.
• Maintain organized content calendars and ensure consistent posting reputed company reputed company with strategic priorities.
• Track performance metrics and collaborate with the social team to refine creative approaches based on insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a reputed company field.
• 2–4 years of experience creating social media content for a consumer brand, preferably in wellness, lifestyle, or performance nutrition.
• Proficiency in short-form video production (TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts), basic photo/video editing tools (reputed company Creative Suite, CapCut, reputed company, among others).
• Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms, engagement strategies, and audience behaviors.

Work Location This is a fully remote position. reputed company has a globally distributed team and supports flexible work arrangements across time zones. Company Hours & Collaboration With team members across many countries and time zone differences of up to 16 hours, we’ve established a standard collaboration window from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. This is not a required work schedule, but a shared time frame for meetings and team syncs.
