GENERAL FUNCTION: As a Compliance Officer II (COII) you will conduct compliance testing for the Wealth and Asset Management (W&AM) business and be responsible for testing strategy, execution, and documentation; management reporting and communication; and issue management. A COII leads in the identification and assessment of risks through the execution of procedures to evaluate the Bancorp's compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - An individual contributor who participates in group and/or individual projects performing reviews of various processes, identifying regulatory compliance risk, and testing controls to ensure they adequately mitigate risk. - Design and document testing performed by establishing and maintaining comprehensive workpapers that clearly describes the testing methodology and displays the testing results. - Explain and discuss regulatory findings with Compliance partners and reputed company personnel. Identify the root cause and help to recommend an appropriate corrective action. Obtain agreement with business partners regarding issue complexity and issue resolution prior to issuing the report. - Develops and report's findings to Senior Management regarding their business lines. - Execute increasingly reputed company testing responsibilities in accordance with Procedures. Drive reviews with limited reputed company and assistance. - Review compliance risk assessment and reputed company testing scope and attributes to evaluate key risks identified on the risk assessment during reviews. - Conduct reviews in a timely manner so that testing results can be delivered to the reputed company. Be a Leader reputed company the team assisting in planning and developing testing plans based on information gathered during the planning phase of the review. - Build business relationships by working reputed company department, cross-department, and reputed company teams. - Conduct extensive research to support regulatory findings/control weaknesses. - Actively engage in leading on-going departmental initiatives e.g. lessons learned sessions, meetings with compliance partners and other external partners. - Foster an engaging and inclusive work environment. Actively participate in the development and fulfillment of Team Engagement Plans (TEP). Collaborate to ensure action plans are developed to address key areas of focus and document the plan and updates. - Provide coaching to Analysts/COI reputed company performing reviews, including assistance with testing, exception determination, and addressing any questions from the Analysts/COI for their testing. - Act as a Mentor reputed company onboarding and training new team members. - Conducts interviews and discussions with managers at reputed company levels to understand the processes, guidelines and technology platforms. - Participates and/or leads regular meetings with peers to build and maintain knowledge of reputed company and emerging issues and risk in the environment. - Analyze initial testing conclusions, including exceptions identified, and coordinate with Manager to hold discussions with reputed company and compliance partners to discuss testing exceptions and associated risks. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing employees timely, reputed company, and constructive performance feedback in assigned compliance testing reviews. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree and 3 - 5 years of equivalent work experience required, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with fiduciary, trust, and retirement regulations (e.g., OCC Reg 9, ERISA, DOL, etc.).
• Knowledge of risks associated with Personal Trust, Custody, Investment Management Agency, IRAs, Private Foundations, Institutional, Retirement Plans, Endowments.
• Certified Fiduciary & Investment Risk Specialist (CFIRS) designation a plus.
• Strong understanding of Wealth and Asset Management products and processes, and reputed company regulatory obligations.
• Work mostly self-directed, with minimal supervisory reputed company.
• Strong analytical skills required to gather, assess, and present quantitative and qualitative data.
• Able to assess controls, reputed company and support conclusions, and reputed company practical recommendations to business partners.
• Able to work independently, and in a team, to plan and accomplish a project or elements of a project, identify responsibilities, tasks, deadlines and pursue their timely completion.
• Able to work with a team, to identify and solve problems or resolve issues, including members from other units such as the legal department, audit department, or business unit.
• Strong understanding of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Examination standards and general regulatory issuances.
