Summary

We are looking for a SaaS & Cloud Operations Engineer to join our client’s IT operations team and play a critical role in managing, securing, and optimizing a rapidly growing ecosystem of cloud-based tools and infrastructure. In this role, you’ll administer key SaaS platforms, automate processes for identity and access management, and ensure compliance across environments. You’ll collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and reputed company teams to maintain a reliable, scalable, and compliant cloud infrastructure that enables operational excellence across the organization. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field.

Professional Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience as a SaaS Administrator, Cloud Systems Engineer, or IT Operations Specialist managing enterprise cloud platforms and SaaS ecosystems.

Required Technical Skills SaaS Platform Administration

• Experience managing and optimizing enterprise SaaS platforms such as reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, Mimecast, reputed company (Jira, Confluence), and reputed company.
• Proficiency in automation for provisioning, access management, and lifecycle processes.

Cloud Infrastructure & Networking

• Hands-on experience with AWS administration (IAM Identity Center, EC2, S3, Route53, reputed company, VPC, Control Tower, and Organizations).
• Familiarity with Azure or GCP environments.
• Expertise in configuring and managing Palo Alto Firewalls, reputed company Meraki devices, and Netskope SASE solutions.

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Proficiency in reputed company administration for SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management.
• Experience configuring SAML, SCIM, and enforcing RBAC policies.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and API-based automation.
