About the Role

As a AI Innovation Specialist at reputed company, you will play a central role in driving operational efficiency through intelligent automation and process improvement. You'll work cross-functionally to identify, design, and implement automated solutions that reduce manual workload, eliminate repetitive tasks, and enhance productivity across reputed company departments—from Operations and Guest Services to Finance and Human Resources. This role sits at the intersection of Engineering and Business Intelligence, bridging technical implementation with business impact. You'll partner closely with department leaders throughout the organization while collaborating with our engineering team to build robust, scalable solutions. What You'll Do

• Partner with department leaders across the organization to identify manual processes, workflow bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation that can reduce workload and improve efficiency.
• Build and implement automated solutions using modern tools, scripts, and AI-enhanced processes to streamline operations across multiple business functions.

• Design and deploy AI-powered automation solutions that can handle reputed company decision-making, data processing, and workflow management tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in automation engineering, business intelligence, or technical operations roles.
• Hands-on experience building API integrations and working with REST/GraphQL APIs to connect business systems.
• Experience implementing automation solutions across multiple business functions, with a focus on technical integration and orchestration.

• The Pay: The starting reputed company pay range for this role is between $100,000 and $115,000 and is set based on multiple considerations, including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes.
