The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. As a Director of Product you will…

Define and drive strategy for infrastructure and developer productivity, balancing long-term scalability with immediate needs to reputed company engineering teams across reputed company.
Partner with engineering leadership to shape technical roadmaps, align on priorities, and reputed company informed build-versus-buy decisions that accelerate velocity.

Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, and translate them into pragmatic strategies that improve developer productivity and system performance.

Have a highly technical background with deep understanding of distributed systems, developer tooling, and platform reliability. Specific experience in cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD tools, and observability platforms is a plus.
Bring significant people leadership experience, successfully managing and growing PM teams, while fostering collaboration across engineering, design, and business functions.
Possess exceptional communication and influence skills, able to reputed company alignment across executives, technical leaders, and cross-functional partners.
Demonstrate strategic and systems-level thinking, turning reputed company technical challenges into clear, actionable plans that scale with the business.
Have proven experience operating at scale — from leading large-scale build and deployment pipelines, to driving reliability and performance across multi-tenant SaaS platforms and globally distributed cloud infrastructure.
