Job Description

As Vice President of Product Management for the AI Application Development Platform reputed company the Creator App reputed company Business Unit—a strategic growth area in reputed company’s AI Platform group—you will play a critical role in shaping and driving product strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring effective execution. Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
• 15+ years of experience in product management, including at least 8 years in leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, technical architecture, developer products, and SaaS/PaaS platform monetization models.
• Proven track record of managing, developing, and guiding high-performing teams.
• Deep technical knowledge and experience working with engineering teams; prior individual contributor engineering roles are a plus.
• Strong customer focus, with the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and drive user adoption using analytical systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build reputed company across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapting quickly to change.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or reputed company discipline.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in agent-driven innovations and enterprise-grade AI application development.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company product strategy and execution in large-scale, high-growth organizations.

For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $274,100 - $465,900, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
