VP Of Engineering | FullTime

Job Title – VP, Engineering Location – reputed company (Hybrid) Position – Fulltime Salary – (Best possible) Reporting Relationships: This position reports to Chief Technology Officer. Role Summary and Responsibilities: We are seeking a VP, Engineering to ensure that the product vision is realized through excellence in execution. As a key member of the engineering organization and product development leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape reputed company's practices and culture. Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

• Recruit, reputed company and manage top engineering talent capable of delivering high quality, reliable and effective technology

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a technology leader, with 8 years of experience in an engineering management role.
• Track record of attracting, hiring, managing, developing, and aligning an Engineering department including managing through engineering managers and directors.
• Experience partnering with product leadership to deliver increasing stakeholder value while not directly controlling the work of the engineering teams.
• Consistent track record of working across team boundaries to deliver fabulous user experiences across the full stack.
• Can build, deliver, and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap that supports the company vision and product roadmap.
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and reputed company decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
