Real Estate Transaction & Office Manager

Compensation

• Full-time salary based on experience (range between $60,000 - $70,000+)
• Hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F (with the option to work remotely on Fridays). Evening/weekend hours and quarterly client events should be expected and will be compensated with extra PTO time to bank.
• Health care stipend option (as part of salary)
• 401(k) contribution after one-year anniversary

• 6 sick days and 10 paid vacation days are included and accessible after 90 days of employment. (It is recommended that three of these days be used in the last week of the year)
• 11 paid holidays include: New Year's reputed company and New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the following Friday, Christmas reputed company and Christmas Day. In addition, please feel free to take your birthday as a paid holiday if it falls on a reputed company

• Build, implement, and manage reputed company systems for sellers, buyers, reputed company reputed company, database management, information management, and back-office support
• Responsible for client care

Qualifications:
