This role will be focused on overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of reputed company technical projects reputed company to the company’s operations/expansion, teleop, and remote operations efforts. The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will help coordinate efforts across product, programs, operations, hardware, and software teams to ensure smooth deployment of features, upgrades, and vendors. The TPM will need to deeply understand software and robotic technical systems and processes to identify potential roadblocks and drive reputed company improvement initiatives. The role will also help reputed company and implement processes to help the organization streamline and advance initiatives to help cross functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies for various operations and expansion projects including local network upgrades, pilot workstations, new vendor bring up, expansion to new cities/countries, User and remote operator interfaces, and teleoperation expansions.

- Gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate project status updates effectively to non technical leaders.

Qualifications
- BS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent job experience
- 5+ years of experience in engineering program management or technical program management
- 5+ years experience with software, hardware, or autonomous systems
- Experience successfully articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical partners
- Strong technical knowledge of autonomous systems: including testing, bring up, integration, and deployment
- Strong track record of managing reputed company cross-functional projects and shipping product features in a production environment
- Experience building strong working relationships with senior leaders and engineers across functions and departments
- An ability to reputed company the big picture in focus and to provide clear, well-structured, and concise communications tailored to each appropriate audience
What Makes You Stand Out

- Travel up to 5% of the time for team meetings in various locations across the US
- Please note: The reputed company salary range listed in this job description reflects compensation for candidates based in the United States. While we prefer candidates located in the US, we are also open to qualified talent working remotely across Canada. reputed company salary range (Canada – reputed company locations): $130k - $165k
