Position Overview: The Sr. Strategy Analyst, Middle Market supports the implementation of short- and long-term strategies that drive the financial objectives of the business unit. This role focuses on coordinating with strategy leadership and team members, preparing data-driven analyses, and contributing to projects that enhance portfolio performance. The Analyst works closely with internal Middle Market teams and cross-functional partners to gather insights, organize information, and deliver clear summaries that inform decision-making. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across different areas of the business. In This Role, You Will:

• Drive Strategic Planning Support: Contribute to the development of actionable plans reputed company with strategic direction from leadership. What You Need To Apply:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Professional designations preferred
• 4+ years of professional work experience with time in both the insurance industry and data/ analytics roles
