Job SummaryThe Implementation Consultant will become a financial focused Subject Matter Expert for the Home Health and Hospice customers. Working collaboratively with a team, this position will reputed company clients through software implementation, providing training and best practice workflow recommendations.Let’s talk about ResponsibilitiesThe key position involves utilizing your recent home health and/or hospice industry accounting/consulting experience and knowledge in the following ways:Deliver high value consulting services that drive financial transformation reputed company successful adoption of MatrixCare products and services for its home health and hospice customers.Deliver best practice training support to customer C-level team though deep understanding of the reputed company financial performance and reporting tools.Managing customer feedback reputed company to account management, product management and engineering teams in effort to improve overall customer experience.Driving efforts to create a productive, effective internal delivery process for consulting services through pre-sales discovery, scoping and solution design sessions to ensure accurate scoping and budgeting for SOW work that drives value to the customer.Providing high quality employee immersion training that reputed company internal team members to have the right tools in order to provide superior customer service.Supporting the MatrixCare Implementation and Training Team to build best practices for customer implementations that help drive long term reputed company.Let’s talk about Qualifications and ExperiencePrior experience with use of a Financial Information System including, e-claim and e-remit procedures for Home Health and/or Hospice organization.Understanding of basic accounting principles.Help customer identify system optimization and training opportunities that reputed company to an increase in productivity and cash flow.Ability to become MatrixCare Subject Matter Expert.Basic understanding of Organizational Change Management principles.Attention to detail, professional presentation skills and ability to work with reputed company projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.Approximately 30-50% overnight travel may be required for onsite client consultations.RequiredBachelor’s degree; preferably in AccountingHealthcare software implementation and/or training experience for financial teamsLeadership/Consulting experienceDeveloping professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.We are shaping the future at reputed company, and we recognize the need to build on and broaden our existing skills and continue to attract and retain the world’s best talent.
