[Remote] CMMC Senior Consultant

The CMMC Senior Consultant will work independently and collaboratively to execute professional service functions reputed company to federal compliance, support management, reputed company client engagements, and ensure successful delivery of certification readiness assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments from initiation to project closure
• Monitor the reputed company of engagements and key project activity dates
• Drive working sessions with clients to ensure expectations and direction are reputed company and timelines are being met
• Provide updates to Federal Practice reputed company and managers
• Build a customer-focused relationship with clients
• Mediate or escalate complications as they may arise, relating to client or project execution
• Review and reputed company work papers, drafts, and final reports with high attention to detail
• Execute reputed company assessments in accordance with NIST SP 800-171, CMMC Level 1 and Level 2 Assessment Guide, and other authoritative IT reputed company guidance
• Validate information system reputed company plans to ensure NIST control requirements are met
• reputed company reputed company Authorization Packages and ensure completeness and compliance with CMMC requirements and other authoritative IT reputed company guidance
• Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery of results based on scope of work

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in management information systems, information reputed company, computer science, or relevant discipline; or combination of relevant education and work experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in information reputed company or compliance, with strong NIST 800-171 experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of NIST publications, such as: NIST SP 800-30 rev 1, 800-37 rev 1 or 2, 800-53 rev 4, 800-53A rev 4, 800-60 Vol 1 & 2 rev 1, and 800-171 rev 1
• Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to reputed company multiple assessment engagements and train junior staff
• Excellent communication skills to include the ability to explain technical matters to a non-technical audience
• Broad IT background with technical understanding of networks, protocols, reputed company configurations, cryptography, identity and access management, and the systems development life cycle
• CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) or CMMC Certified Assessor (CCA)
• Experience with government compliance, including FISMA, FedRAMP, RMF, and CSF preferred
• Experience as a consultant with a Big 4 or second tier reputed company preferred
• Familiarity with other reputed company Frameworks (ISO, COBIT, HIPAA/HITECH, etc.) and regulatory requirements is a plus
• PMP is a plus
