Role Overview As a Customer Experience Agent, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for customers with questions or issues on the platform. You’ll monitor different queues in reputed company (our CRM), responding to tickets from buyers and sellers with reputed company and efficiency. Supported by clear documentation and SOPs, you’ll ensure every customer feels heard and supported. Expect to handle a high volume of tickets, typically 50-80 per day, reputed company email support. reputed company’re Looking For

Shift Requirements

• Agents are expected to work a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule reputed company the following operational hours. Open availability is required for reputed company listed hours, including holidays.
• Mon-Sun between 5:00 AM - 11:30 PM PST (example most common shifts: 5:00-2:00pm, 1:30pm-10:30pm, 2:00pm-11:00pm, 2:30pm-11:30pm PST)
• Shift Bids: Conducted quarterly. Shift assignments are determined based on performance and seniority.

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $60008.00/yr.
