They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will focus on talent attraction, coaching, and agent support to drive new reputed company and enhance agent performance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of passive and active candidates for reputed company and future hiring needs, reputed company with office growth strategy.

  • Support agents in building their sales presentations, listing strategies, and client interactions through role play and instructional workshops

Skills

  • Texas Real Estate license required
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a successful residential real estate agent or broker in the State of Texas.

  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, aware of reputed company technology and willing to seek out and embrace new and emerging technology to drive growth
