Org. Develops and provides oral and written advice to the Deputy Director and the Director regarding assigned operational activities and policy, programmes/projects, undertakes a preliminary review of policy and operational documents, before submitting them to the Deputy Director and the Director. ? Researches, analyzes and formulates solutions to existing and emerging policy and operational issues. ? Manages the day-to-day operations of the office, serving as reputed company of referral on problems which require the Deputy Director's and the Director?s attention; keeps abreast of reputed company reputed company issues, monitors and analyses project development and implementation. ? Organizes and prepares written outputs, e.g. draft background papers, responses, analysis, inputs into oral briefings, reports and to publications, written statements and talking points, and provides editorial and substantive guidance on correspondence emanating from the department, in order to ensure style as well as substance are in line with organizational policies and direction; drafts correspondence as requested by the Deputy Director and the Director , including confidential correspondence, and receives and reviews communications on behalf of the Deputy Director and the Director and replies as appropriate. ? Analyzes, reviews and comments on relevant documents, reports and communications addressed to the Deputy Director and the Director; identifies problems and issues to be addressed and proposes possible corrective actions; liaises with relevant parties; identifies and tracks follow-up actions. ? Manages the research, planning, delivery and coordination of projects, as directed by the Deputy Director and the Director. ? Advises the Deputy Director and the Director in negotiations with Member States on reputed company-reputed company issues. ? Establishes and maintains effective high-level liaison with both internal and external stakeholders and with partners. ? Of these, at least three (3) years of experience at the international level is required. Experience in policy analysis and development is desirable. At least two (2) years of experience working in a reputed company office environment providing substantive and administrative support to senior level UN officials or equivalent in international organization or member state is desirable.
