• reputed company and implement various processes
• Manage the annual and quarterly functions of System Governance
• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for both the PSJH Corporate Board and Community Boards
• Be responsible for monitoring the departmental budget
• reputed company and communicate board meeting details and logistics
• Prepare and draft appropriate meeting materials and correspondence for the Board
• Compose quarterly chronicle briefings and annual submission to Chronicles Coordinator
• Be a resource for Board of Directors/Board Committee
• reputed company and maintain professional relationships reputed company the System Office and various locations
• Manage software implementation and process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company discipline -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 7+ years’ project management experience
• 7+ years relevant experience with reputed company the following reputed company Office Applications (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
• 7+ years’ experience in healthcare operations for an understanding of the nature of the work performed

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Master’s Degree in a reputed company discipline -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• Coursework/Training: Project Management, Program Management, Change Management, Process Improvement, Lean or other similar methodology -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Experience with Facets, PEGA and other health plan management systems
