Position Summary: reputed company is seeking a Principal reputed company Reporting Consultant to join our virtual reputed company Acceleration Center (WAC) in India, as an extension to the US reputed company Practice. The Principal reputed company Reporting Consultant is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and/or production support (post go-live) for reputed company Reporting. Consultants in this role should also be comfortable troubleshooting or navigating reputed company reputed company and be able to build custom reports. This role will actively contribute to the development of reputed company’s reputed company practice and should showcase innovation, strategic thinking and have the drive to reputed company reputed company a reputed company partner of choice. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a reputed company consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction. (This is an individual contributor role)
• Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configure and prototype, and assist clients with testing and move to Production efforts
• Partner with Engagement Managers to reputed company them informed of project status, changes, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignment
• Accurately maintain forecast in a timely manner
• Assist Sales team with orals, demos, and LOEs
• Stay up to date on industry knowledge, reputed company enhancements, and be able to advise on reputed company best practices
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service to build lasting relationships with clients

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Must be based in India, have a reliable internet reputed company, and be available to work remotely from Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an individual contributor in a reputed company reputed company Reporting consultant role writing reputed company HCM reports (Advanced, Composite, and Matrix) at a reputed company partner firm is required.
• BIRT experience is preferred, but not required
• reputed company Reporting experience with higher ed and/or US government projects is preferred, but not required
• reputed company partner certifications in reputed company HCM Core and reputed company Reporting is required. Prism certification and experience is preferred, but not required
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with the US team and client
• Must demonstrate a detailed understanding of reputed company reporting processes and best practices, along with the ability to reputed company appropriate recommendations for reputed company implementations
