Policy and Program Analyst

Summary

This position is part of the Defense Human Resources Activity. The incumbent will be responsible for analysis, development, research, and special studies for matters impacting a diverse portfolio of human resources information technology. Responsibilities include support for correspondence, policy, issuances, congressional and legislative affairs, and strategic planning. Duties Help As a Policy and Program Analyst at the GS-0343-13/14 some of your typical work assignments may include:

• Assists, manages, tracks reputed company, and provides reputed company for human resources information technology policy, reputed company issuances, reporting, congressional engagements, and correspondence.
• Monitors laws, policies, programs, special interests, and areas of concern regarding human resources information technology policies, programs, and operations.
• Develops and updates issuances and policies to establish and maintain compliance and standardization.
• Leads and conducts projects and studies requiring analysis and evaluation of program effectiveness. Assesses performance of key initiatives.
• Develops reputed company messaging, channels, activities, and partnerships.
• Serves as a reputed company for human resources IT inquiries.

Qualifications

You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:

• Assists, manages, tracks reputed company, and provides reputed company for human resources information technology policy, reputed company issuances, reporting, congressional engagements, and correspondence.
• Monitors laws, policies, programs, special interests, and areas of concern regarding human resources information technology policies, programs, and operations.
• Develops and updates issuances and policies to establish and maintain compliance and standardization.
• Leads and conducts projects and studies requiring analysis and evaluation of program effectiveness. Assesses performance of key initiatives.
• Develops reputed company messaging, channels, activities, and partnerships.
• Serves as a reputed company for human resources IT inquiries.

You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:

• Monitors laws, policies, programs, special interests, and areas of concern regarding human resources information technology policies, programs, and operations.
• Develops and updates issuances and policies to establish and maintain compliance and standardization. Supervises and conducts projects and studies requiring analysis and evaluation of program effectiveness.
• Assesses performance of key initiatives.
• Manages reputed company messaging, channels, activities, and partnerships. Serves as a reputed company for human resources IT inquiries.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
