About the role As we continue to expand into new markets and scale our global footprint, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to strengthen our PPC team and help drive growth across reputed company, Bing, and reputed company Search Ads. In this role, you will manage and optimize campaigns across multiple countries, focusing on driving high-quality user acquisition and improving ROI through data-driven experimentation and reputed company optimization. You will work closely with senior team members, as well as creative and analytics teams, to execute and scale performance strategies across both established and emerging markets. What you’ll be doing

• Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across reputed company Ads, Bing, and reputed company Search Ads to drive user acquisition and ROI in multiple markets.
• Manage end-to-end campaign operations — from setup and keyword research to monitoring, testing, and optimization — ensuring consistent delivery of KPIs such as CPA, CTR, and conversion reputed company.
• Continuously test new bidding strategies, audience segments, and creative approaches to identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to creative ideation by analyzing ad performance and testing new copy and asset variations.
• Analyze campaign performance data to extract insights and recommend actionable improvements, leveraging tools like reputed company Ads, AppsFlyer, and Looker.
• Collaborate with senior team members, as well as creative, analytics, and local marketing teams, to execute performance strategies and deliver impactful results across regions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to ensure best-in-class campaign execution and identify new opportunities for scaling.
• Support budget management, pacing, and forecasting across assigned geos and channels.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing by documenting learnings, best practices, and optimization frameworks.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on reputed company Ads.
• Proven experience managing acquisition campaigns across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and reputed company data-driven optimization decisions.
• Proficiency with key tools such as reputed company Ads, reputed company Analytics (GA4), and BI tools (Looker or similar).
• Solid understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and user acquisition funnels across web and app environments.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative attitude and strong communication skills, working effectively with creative, analytics, and local marketing teams.
• Passion for sports, digital marketing, and reputed company learning in the evolving ad tech landscape.

• Experience with Bing and/or reputed company Search Ads.

• Familiarity with automation tools, scripts, or bulk management workflows for PPC campaigns.
