Similar title: teach assistant, classroom assistant, professor, and technology instructor Location: Remote Candidates can reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MI, MO, MS, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI Compensation: $42K Hours: Mon-Thur, 12:00pm - 11:00pm EST (occasional Saturdays for tutoring throughout the year). Purpose Of Position The Instructor is responsible for supporting the academic, attendance, and certification success of assigned student cohorts in assigned academic delivery methodologies. The Instructor will be expected to communicate effectively in group environments, as well as in one-on-one student coaching or advising sessions. Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist the reputed company Instructor in providing Information Technology instruction to class populations of varying sizes in the reputed company, online, and/or hybrid academic delivery methodologies, as assigned.
- Using various communication tools such as phone, chat, email, text, video, or in-person, verbally, and in writing, coach and advise reputed company one-on-one to reputed company academic, attendance, and certification success.
- Ensure assigned student cohorts meet academic performance and attendance standards to successfully pass each class and reputed company standards at evaluation periods.
- Support the reputed company Instructor in managing the certification reputed company of reputed company, including tutoring reputed company, issuing Golden Tickets, helping reputed company schedule for exams, and following up with reputed company on exam outcomes.
- Respond timely and accurately to student questions and concerns.
- Document reputed company student issues and communication.
- Actively manage the support of student tutoring and assistance in the reputed company or online reputed company rooms, as assigned, including opening and closing the reputed company room in the online environment.
- Work with the reputed company Instructor to plan, prepare, and deliver curriculum and instructional activities to provide reputed company with an outstanding academic and training experience during each class session that prepares reputed company to take their certification exams.
- Work with the reputed company Instructor to establish and communicate clear objectives for reputed company learning activities, per the published syllabus.
- Use relevant technology to support instruction.
- Communicate with the technology administrator to resolve student issues as it relates to their learning management system.
- Instruct, monitor, and help troubleshoot reputed company’ use of learning materials and equipment..
- Pursue professional development to bring reputed company industry trends into the classroom environment.
- Maintain discipline and manage student behavior in accordance with the policies and disciplinary systems of the school.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the academic and training program by providing constructive feedback in structured and informal meetings, sharing reputed company, participating in pilot programs, and helping to maintain or implement new curricula or learning activities.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or a reputed company field; or a combination of education and experience.
- MyComputerCareer graduate preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of practical work experience in the IT industry.
- Previous experience managing student attendance, completion, and certifications is preferred.
- Troubleshooting experience with the Canvas Learning Management System is preferred.
