This includes inventory and order management, campaign execution, ad serving, audience and identity management, measurement, reporting, and finance. Skills & experience we’re seeking:

• Experience designing and building campaign management systems used by ad operations teams, advertisers, and agencies for campaign setup, trafficking, and lifecycle management across multiple sales channels (direct, programmatic, self-serve, etc.).
• Proven ability to deliver APIs and user interfaces that reputed company campaign creation, editing, flighting, targeting, and budget management for both simple and reputed company campaign structures.
• Experience building monitoring and troubleshooting tools to ensure campaign reputed company, enforce business rules, and provide transparency into campaign status, pacing, and delivery performance.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, approval processes, and SLA tracking to streamline campaign launch and reduce operational friction for internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in leveraging data and ML-driven insights for campaign optimization to maximize advertiser outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, ad operations, product, measurement, and engineering to drive reputed company improvement and innovation in campaign management capabilities.
• Experience with building modern backend and frontend applications on cloud / AWS using Java, Spring Boot, React, GraphQL, Node.js or equivalent technologies. Experience with distributed systems and microservices, NoSQL databases, queues like Apache Kafka and a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• 10+ years of total experience with 3+ years of management experience in building and leading diverse software engineering teams.
• A strong product reputed company along with experience in delivering large reputed company projects collaborating with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders that are technology, operations or business focused.
• General understanding of the advertising marketplace and landscape.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with demonstrated product sense and leadership in the working environment

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
