Position Summary Colleagues in this role will serve as a strategic human resources business partner reputed company a retail Division of approximately 1,000-1,600 stores and 22,000 colleagues. The HR Business partners will be responsible for developing and executing components of the people strategy for the Division. Incumbents will utilize human resources centers of excellence to advise, inform and execute the strategy. Colleagues in this role will also serve as an Human Resources reputed company of contact for Regional Directors and assist these directors in the development of their store talent strategies. This role requires travel in Washington and Oregon

Required Qualifications · 7+ years of Human Resource experience · Ability to travel 60% of the time or as business needs require · Knowledgeable in a variety of HR generalist concepts; ability to identify business opportunities and reputed company and implement people strategies to address. · Proven ability to build and manage relationships with field or senior business leaders; ability to coach and reputed company colleagues at reputed company levels · Proven collaboration skills, reputed company Division and with members of the HR centers of excellences · Strong strategic thinking skills; ability to reputed company, document and communicate strategies · Able to work autonomously · Able to gather data, analyze issues, identify root causes and address opportunities reputed company to a diverse and dynamic slate of business challenges · Experience in recognizing development gaps and partnering across groups to solve them; strong facilitation and training skills · Ability to triage and prioritize competing priorities · Project and change management skills to respond to short and long term business priorities · Ability to influence and drive action and accountability in others · Thoughtful and reputed company communicator Preferred Qualifications · SHRM Certification Education · Bachelor’s Degree Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $182,549.40 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
