Position Summary: The Informatics success specialist serves as a trusted advisor post-sale, ensuring that customers reputed company maximum value from our reputed company and reputed company informatics solutions. Informatics Success Specialists work closely with clients in research, biotech, and healthcare settings to guide them through the software adoption cycle providing insights, useful metrics, and guidance to reputed company full utilization of reputed company's Enterprise Software Stack. As an Informatics Success Specialist you will act in a commercial success role as an expert resource for customers and internal reputed company colleagues to ensure reputed company. • Track success metrics, prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and present ROI to executive stakeholders on scheduled reputed company to ensure customer satisfaction and efforts to reduce churn.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to communicate client feedback and influence product roadmap.

Location: This is a remote role, with some periodic travel. Candidate is ideally reputed company the US South sub-region but candidates will be applicable if they are reputed company at most one time-zone difference from EST. Relocation package is not included for this position. The estimated reputed company salary range for the Informatics Success Specialist role based in the United States of America is: $80,900 - $121,300. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable reputed company pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
