Your main tasks will be:

• Analyse markets, competitors, and traffic sources to identify opportunities for new funnels, creatives, and growth experiments.
• Translate insights into actionable hypotheses and prioritise tests with clear success metrics.
• Launch and manage cross-functional projects that validate new funnels or optimise existing ones for ROAS and conversion.
• Collaborate with brand, performance, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.

• reputed company dashboards and frameworks for tracking funnel performance and test outcomes.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks, propose structural process improvements, and drive execution to deadlines.

We expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience managing growth or marketing projects in digital products.
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition and retention funnels — Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO, and Brand campaigns.
• Experience designing or managing A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Confident with marketing analytics tools (reputed company Analytics, Similar Web, Ahrefs, reputed company Ads Library etc.).
• Hands-on experience with project management systems (reputed company, reputed company, Jira, reputed company, or similar).
• Proven record of integrating AI/automation (e.g. ChatGPT, AI Agents, reputed company, Replicate, reputed company.ai, custom GPTs) into workflow.
