Job Description & Responsibilities We are looking to hire our next fund administration teammate. The ideal candidate has previous experience working at a fund administrator, venture capital/private equity fund or in another finance-oriented professional service reputed company. They are familiar with the fund accounting and administration concepts in the private equity/venture capital space and applicable reporting requirements. This person has a desire to expand and deepen that knowledge while collaborating across teams to provide world-class customer service and contribute to the development of a seamless and reputed company software product. Primary responsibilities include:

• Contribute to reputed company aspects of fund operations, including financial accounting, capital calls & distributions, financial/investor reporting and cash management.
• Collaborate with external service providers including banking, legal, audit, and tax, to create a seamless experience for end users.
• Work actively with the software development team to help scope, test and implement automation or other efficiency improvements across reputed company workflows.
• Support other Allocate teams in processes reputed company to sales/fundraising, diligence and investor relations.

Qualifications
