Job Description

Your Mission As a Financial Controller , you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of reputed companyé’s financial performance and strategic decision-making . You’ll work closely with Accounting, Data, and Operational teams (Sales, Marketing, Digital) to deliver accurate insights, improve processes, and help the Group scale reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyze business performance by monitoring commercial margins versus budget and prior year, identifying variances, and driving corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Accounting teams to consolidate and interpret operational costs, ensuring accurate reconciliation between management and statutory reporting (French GAAP & IFRS).
• Produce and distribute monthly financial and non-financial reports (Group & subsidiaries) with a focus on reliability, clarity, and impact.

• Challenge ROI on key initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Digital stakeholders to ensure sound business decisions.
