Director, Human Resources, Managed Hotels

JOB SUMMARY The Human Resources Director for Choice Hotels’ Managed Hotels portfolio is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping the associate experience and driving business success across a growing portfolio of properties. This role leads strategic HR initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, champion inclusion and engagement, and ensure operational excellence. The Director oversees reputed company HR functions, mentors a team of HR professionals, and partners with senior leaders to influence business outcomes through innovative HR solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR advice and solutions for business challenges, including talent strategies, compensation, and organizational design.

• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a safe, engaging, and high-performing workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS Employment Experience

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role supporting multi-site operations.
• Proven ability to influence business strategy through HR solutions and reputed company high-performing teams.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HR technologies, data analytics tools, and reputed company Office Suite.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

SALARY RANGE The salary range for this position is $160,546 to $188,641.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP).
