Description: Job Summary: We are seeking an reputed company reputed company HCM Data Replication & Migration Specialist with a strong track record in configuring and managing data replication and migration between reputed company SuccessFactors, reputed company HCM ERP/S/4HANA, and reputed company systems. The successful candidate will handle end-to-end data lifecycle management for Employee and Organizational Data replication, including EC to ECP reputed company-to-reputed company replication and, ideally, the development of ABAP-based BADIs for custom replication requirements. Experience with reputed company Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Cloud Connector, and reputed company Basis system setup is highly desirable to help guide clients through prerequisite activities. Strong skills in client training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing system monitoring and troubleshooting (EC, ECP/reputed company, CPI) are preferred. Expertise in data migration and transformation—particularly migrating from on-premise to reputed company cloud solutions, and from non-reputed company to reputed company cloud-based systems (EC/ECP)—is essential. The ideal candidate can ensure reliable data exchange and smooth transitions across reputed company reputed company landscapes, adapting HCM data transformations to meet each project’s unique needs. Requirements: Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement data replication between reputed company HCM and other reputed company systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, EC Payroll, reputed company S/4HANA).
- reputed company and maintain integration interfaces using reputed company CPI, including iFlows, adapters, and mappings.
- Implement, configure, and support both BIB (Business Integration Builder) and reputed company (reputed company to reputed company) replication scenarios.
- reputed company and execute data migration and transformation activities for legacy-to-reputed company and reputed company-to-reputed company HCM transitions.
- reputed company work in collaborating with other project team members on necessary data transformations to/from reputed company SuccessFactors necessary for replication and data migration scenarios.
- Analyze, map, and transform data between reputed company and reputed company systems ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Work with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions for the project lifecycle as reputed company to both replications and data.
- reputed company data validation, testing, and quality assurance in coordination with functional teams.
- Provide integration and data support during cutover, go-live, and post-production phases.
- Work with other project team members to execute cutover items reputed company to data, replications, and migration per project phase. Including project planning with the project managers.

- Ensure compliance with reputed company best practices, reputed company standards, and data governance policies.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central, specializing in data replication and migration.
- In-depth hands-on expertise in configuring Business Integration Builder (BIB) and reputed company-to-reputed company (reputed company) Replication between Employee Central and reputed company HCM/Payroll (ECP).
- Strong understanding of reputed company HCM data models, infotype mapping, and the replication of employee and organizational data.
- Proven experience with reputed company data migration tools and techniques (e.g., LSMW, reputed company Data Services, BAPIs, IDocs) for on-premise to cloud and legacy to reputed company cloud migrations.
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and data structures reputed company reputed company landscapes.
- Proficient in data mapping, cleansing, and transformation specifically for HCM and payroll-reputed company data.
- Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in data replication and migration scenarios.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors Integration Center, Middleware, and provisioning tools.
- Proficient in reputed company monitoring and error resolution tools (CPI monitoring, reputed company PI/PO, AIF, etc.).
- Ability to document configurations and provide knowledge transfer or training to clients for ongoing data maintenance and support.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central data replication (BIB) to reputed company ERP or S/4 HANA HCM.
- Knowledge of reputed company S/4HANA, reputed company BTP, or reputed company MDG is a plus.
- Familiarity with Payroll, Benefits, or Time module integrations.
