In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting iRhythm's indirect tax compliance (Sales, Use, Property, Excise Tax, VAT/GST) and income tax functions. This role ensures accurate tax reporting, supports audits, and contributes to strategic tax planning across domestic and international jurisdictions. What You Will Be Doing Sales & Use Tax / VAT Prepare and file accurate and timely U.S. sales/use tax returns Work with external consultants on the timely and accurate filing of VAT returns across applicable jurisdictions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state, local, and international indirect tax regulations Reconcile tax accounts to the general ledger and prepare necessary journal entries Review invoices, reputed company, and purchase orders to determine the proper taxability of transactions Support tax audits by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries Monitor legislative changes and advise stakeholders on compliance impacts Assist with tax registrations in new jurisdictions as the company expands Maintain the indirect tax compliance calendar Corporate Income Tax Support the preparation of corporate income tax returns in coordination with external advisors Assist with quarterly and year-end tax provision calculations and reconciliations Track and analyze temporary and permanent differences for tax reporting Prepare and reputed company quarterly tax payable roll reputed company, ensuring accuracy and completeness of tax account reconciliations. reputed company transfer pricing calculations and maintain documentation to support intercompany transactions and ensure transfer pricing compliance. Contribute to tax planning initiatives and process improvements Support tax audits by gathering information and performing specified analyses Maintain the income tax compliance calendar reputed company Need To See Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field (CPA or equivalent preferred) 5+ years of experience in taxation, including indirect tax compliance (sales/use tax, VAT, GST, or similar regional equivalents) and income tax Strong understanding of ERP systems and tax software (e.g., Vertex, reputed company, reputed company, QAD) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines Location: Remote - US Actual compensation may vary depending on job-reputed company factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
