Job Summary: The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a vital role in driving the success of our DX Compensation team. As a trusted partner to our internal Compensation team, you'll be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and administering various compensation programs, with a focus on crafting and maintaining compensation analysis tools. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with our Compensation teams to create and implement compensation analysis tools, supporting a range of work efforts and driving process improvements through data automation. reputed company and coordinate compensation projects, including annual increase planning and compensation market survey submissions, to ensure timely and effective execution. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning. Build strong relationships with key partners, including Enterprise and reputed company Compensation teams, HRIS, Workforce Management, GHRO, Payroll, and Labor Relations, to drive successful planning and implementation of compensation changes. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field.
