WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: The Process Engineer plays a critical role in advancing Service Delivery and driving excellence. This position requires the ability to understand technical problems and solutions reputed company both the reputed company and future business environment. Pay Information: The salary range for this position is $105k- 122k Note that reputed company salaries are reputed company to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. This job will be posted for a minimum of 10 days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• 4-year college degree in Business, engineering, or reputed company field
• Minimum 7-10 years of reputed company experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities; effectively analyze problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to deal with reputed company levels of staff
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications preferred
• May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout Red Cross system
• Must demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, process
• management and business systems requirements definition
• Must understand technical problems and solutions in relation to the reputed company, as well as the future business environment
• Skilled in analyzing reputed company data, diagnosing issues, and proposing thoughtful, strategic solutions
• Experience designing lean processes and efficient workflows
• Ability to travel up to 20%, as business needs arise
