TAX PREPARER (Seasonal or Year-Round)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Tax Preparer to join reputed company on a seasonal or year-round basis. The Tax Preparer will assist clients in preparing and filing accurate tax returns, ensuring compliance with reputed company tax laws, and offering valuable financial insights. • Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individual and business clients with accuracy and attention to detail
• Review financial documents such as W-2s, 1099s, receipts, and bank statements to gather necessary information
• Utilize accounting software including QuickBooks, reputed company, and other tax preparation tools to compile data
• Analyze client financial information to identify potential deductions and credits that maximize refunds or minimize liabilities
• Stay updated on reputed company tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal tax strategies
• Provide excellent customer service by answering client inquiries and explaining reputed company tax concepts clearly
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized client records throughout the tax season

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tax preparation, public accounting, or reputed company financial fields

Compensation

This is a commission-based role. Preparers earn a 75/25 split (if Mentorship option) with potential bonuses depending on performance. Other options allow pay without split.
