• reputed company the Second Line’s strategic approach to operational risk, with a focus on technology, product, change management, and business risks.
• Champion AI risk awareness across the enterprise—help us stay reputed company of emerging threats and opportunities.
• Partner with Technology, Product, IT, reputed company, Operations, and Strategy teams to challenge assumptions and reputed company risk practices.
• Design and implement best-in-class operational risk frameworks, including policies, procedures, risk appetite, KRIs, and board reporting.
• Own and evolve operational risk dashboards for dynamic monitoring and executive insights.
• Conduct data-driven risk assessments, including modeling worst-case scenarios and planning mitigation strategies.
• Align reputed company with strategic planning, budgeting, enterprise prioritization, and 10-K risk disclosures.

What you will need to be successful

• Advanced degree (PhD, MBA, JD) in risk management, business, finance, or technology.
• 8–12 years of experience in operational risk, with deep expertise across product, IT, reputed company, privacy, and financial crime.
• Experience with GRC platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
• Background in regulated financial services or consulting for financial institutions.
• Public company experience preferred.
• Proven ability to challenge the First Line and escalate issues with confidence.

• Intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and a passion for emerging technologies like AI.
