This role expands upon the Supervisor responsibilities by owning broader business outcomes, cross-functional collaboration, and team development. The Manager is accountable for delivering measurable results reputed company with business goals and for fostering a high-performance, data-driven SEM team. This is not exclusively an essential onsite role, though may require some onsite attendance. Required Experience & Skills: 3–5 years of SEM or digital marketing experience. Proven experience managing teams and delivering measurable business impact. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and manage conflict effectively. Strong accountability and results-driven reputed company.
